What kind of paper are the cards printed on?
It is a high quality cardstock. It is slightly glossy on the outside, and matte on the inside. [top]

Do envelopes come with the order?
Yes, each card and post card will come with an envelope! Order 100 post cards and you'll get 100 envelopes. [top]

Does it cost more when you add more photos or put things on the inside or back of the card?
No, the prices do not change regardless of how many photos, Clip-Art images, and messages that you use. You can add things to all sides of the card for the same price!

Why can't I type text?
You need to double click on the words "Enter Your Text" and then you should be able to type your message.
You will have to add a new text box in order to type more than one line. [top]

Is shopping on Studio DaySpring secure?
Yes. Any e-commerce Website powered by Activa Commerce has built-in security, from secure customer accounts to encrypted payment screens.

How do I move items in front of or behind other items?
There are buttons on the tool bar for both "Move Layer Up" and "Move Layer Down". These will move Clip-Art images behind other Clip-Art images and Photos behind other Photos. However, you are unable to move Clip-Art images behind Photos. This should change in the future. Also, you are unable to move Photos on top of the Templates. If you want to have more flexibility while designing then try placing the photo on the Background and don't use a Template at all! [top]

There is classic DaySpring art and messages that are not on Studio DaySpring. Why not?
Much of the art and messages that you find on DaySpring cards and on www.DaySpring.com is licensed material that we do not have the proper rights to put online. Others we just haven't yet!
We plan to continually add more and more artwork and messages to Studio DaySpring so that your experience will always be fresh and fun.
If there is a certain type of image or message that you do not see on Studio DaySpring and would like to, click "Contact Us" and send us your idea for consideration. [top]

Why do some Messages and Clip-Art look funny?
Sometimes there is an odd display effect on our Messages and Clip-Art images. This is because they are such high quality files and we are shrinking them down to the size of a greeting card.
Don't worry, your printed card will look great and won't have any of these effects. [top]

How long after I order my cards will I get them?
We will print and ship your cards no more than one week from the day that you order them. Then you can add the shipping time based on which shipping method you chose and how long you live from our headquarters in Siloam Springs, AR. [top]

Why can't I see the photo I just uploaded?
It may be hiding behind part a template that you have chosen. Click around the card until you find it. If you can't then don't worry about it and just re-upload the photo. What you see on the screen is what you will get on your card. [top]
